It focus on students learning. Students will be capable to solve problems and make questions. They have to be ready to talk, explain and discuss. Students should work in groups and make projects. Teacher must encourage individual activities.

Teachers give different learning styles according to students needs. Teacher must use several techniques. Teachers must prepare activities to interact with creative material.

- Teacher should know each students needs and know how they are developing.
- The teacher is a facilitator who provides students tools and activities during the whole year and he must evaluate and make feedback.
- The learning must be personalized. Teacher must know each students and their own needs.
- Students play a direct role in their learning. They are capable to know about their improvement.
